Welcome to Splitstorm! By using the Splitstorm app ("App", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Splitstorm is designed for timing and recording track and field events. You may use the app only for lawful, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the app without permission.
- Use the app in a way that interferes with others' use or compromises security.
2. Data and Storage
Splitstorm may store data locally on your device or optionally on our servers.
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for backing up any important data saved in the app.
3. Intellectual Property
All app content, branding, and design are owned by the Splitstorm team. You may not reuse or distribute these materials without written permission.
4. In-App Purchases
Splitstorm may include optional in-app purchases (e.g., cosmetics or support options). These purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Changes and Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the app or other means.
6. Disclaimer
Splitstorm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to ensure it works smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted service or bug-free performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Splitstorm is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the app, including lost race data or performance stats.
